There is a $30.00 non-refundable pet fee and a $100.00 refundable pet deposit because pets are lovable but accidents happen. 

Prices of cabins do not include taxes.

Cancelling your reservation on the day of or 7 days in advance of your stay will result in no refund. Cancelling your reservation 8 to 14 days in advance of your stay, you will be refunded half of your total stay. Cancellations 15 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $20 processing fee. Please also understand that there may be a minimum night requirement for certain times of the year.

Rates on cabins may increase for one night stays.  Please understand, there might be a minimum night requirement for certain times of the year such as weekends and holidays. There is plenty to do in and around Ruidoso, why not stick around?

After the visitor’s stay, there will be an inspection and if noticeable damage is done to the cabin beyond basic use, there will be a charge for all damages done. The visitor’s credit card on file will be charged.

Each cabin is stocked with a fully stocked kitchen with with cooking essentials. You just need to bring own your own groceries!

Our cabins are fully furnished and decorated. Each cabin has Cable TV, cookware & dishes, linens, refrigerators, and range top or full-size oven and microwaves. (Efficiency cabins have no stove or cook-top.) Just bring your food and clothes, the rest are there for you. There are also delicious restaurants in Ruidoso, just ask your host for recommendations!

Reunion and Monthly reservations may have more restrictions, so please check with the front office for more information on cancellation policies which pertain to your group

Please note that we assign cabins at the time of reservation. However, we do not guarantee the visitor that exact cabin due to circumstances that arise beyond our control. Sometimes we have to change cabins that were originally assigned due to these circumstances.

All our cabins are non-smoking but smoking is permitted on the decks.

Our Ruidoso cabins are near everything the area has to offer. From one of our cabins you’ll be exploring historic Downtown Ruidoso, hiking to waterfalls in Lincoln National Forest, or even skiing nearby Apache Ski Resort in minutes.
