Team building/bonding at Rainbow Lake

Good morning everyone,

I wanted to share a picture that speaks volumes to us all here at Rainbow Lake. I had everyone stop working yesterday about 4 pm. I decided with everything going on and the depression that comes along with life and the current situation that I had to do something for my staff. I took them on a hike for team building and bonding. This is what Raul and Isaw and I had to share it with all of you. You can share it with everyone if you would like!

While taking a 2 1/2 mile hike we see this dead Juniper tree surrounded by live trees. I have been going through a lot of emotional downs lately. When I saw this dead tree surrounded by everything alive, it drew my attention. I had to see how something once so alive had given up and died slowly. Everything around it was green. Raul and I hiked up the side of the mountain (which was steep and pretty far up) and I took this picture.  When I took the picture the rays were not showing this much in my camera. It wasn’t till last night while looking at the pics that I saw it is an amazing sign.

Even though you feel like sometimes life isn’t fair or things don’t go your way. The universe will always shine its light when you need it the most! I now understand that without the bad stuff happening you will NEVER know how to see and enjoy all the good! The bad is what builds your character, and helps you become a better person overall.

This was much needed out here as we are all going through so much. I think this will be a weekly team bonding for us because sometimes we need to take a step back and be grateful for what we already have!

I hope you all have a great day!
